Pink is my favorite color.

People usually associate pink color with love, kindness, and femininity. It also radiates calmness and brings to mind romance.

Interestingly, there are quite many anime girls with pinkish eyes but almost no boys with such eye color (please comment below if you know any anime boys who have pink eyes because I had trouble finding them).

Let’s take a closer look at the top 10 anime characters who have pink eyes!

10. Yui (Angel Beats)

Happy-go-lucky, bubbly, and crazy are some adjectives I would use to describe Yui. What she couldn’t enjoy in her previous life because of her disability, she can finally enjoy now.

While her combat ability is weak, she eventually becomes a valued member of the famous all-girls band made of students from the afterlife school as the lead guitarist and singer.

9. Akise Aru (The Future Diary)

The first Mirai Nikki character and the only boy with pink eyes on this list can belong to only one boy: unforgettable Akise Aru.

He is hot but gay, sorry ladies. He drives Yuno crazy because he has feelings for the protagonist and let’s say it doesn’t end up well for him. After all, Yuno is a dangerous enemy to have.

Apart from that, he is intelligent, observant, and logical. He can outsmart people who are chosen as God candidates and gifted with future-predicting diaries.

8. Mine (Akame ga Kill)

A self-proclaimed “Genius Sniper”, Mine is a sharp-witted and cunning member of the assassin’s group, Night Raid.

Be careful because this cutie’s got a very quick temper and she’s quite scary when she’s angry! Despite this initial cold behavior, she has shown to be kind and compassionate once she warms up to someone.

Her favorite color is pink (and so is mine)!

7. Minori Kushieda (Toradora!)

An optimistic and energetic girl, Minori serves as the captain of the girls’ softball team.

She is a hard worker, managing to do school activities as well as several part-time jobs. Between school and personal life, she is always on the run between obligations.

Minori loves to make other people happy even if it comes at her own expense, proving how selfless she is.

6. Tsukasa Yuzaki (Tonikaku Kawaii)

Tsukasa is the beautiful young wife of Tonikaku Kawaii’s protagonist.

She has a collected and calm demeanor except for some shy/ jealous moments here and there. Tsukasa is a big fan of movies, games, and pop culture in general.

While her past is shrouded in mystery, there are hints that she might be an immortal being.

Note: Sorry if I am colorblind, she seems to have pink-red eyes. 😀 I had the same issue with Kotori Itsuka but the sources claimed that her eyes are red, so I didn’t include her on this list.

5. Morgiana (Magi)

Morgiana is Magi’s tritagonist alongside Aladdin and Alibaba Saluja.

She comes from a hunting tribe and has a really traumatizing past behind her. Luckily, she is now following her own path.

Morgiana is a selfless, caring, and kind-hearted individual who is extremely strong and tough despite having a petite figure and kawaii face.

4. Louise de La Vallière (The Familiar of Zero)

One would think that your life would be easy if you were born to a family of famous aristocrats. Wrong. 🙁 At least for Louise.

She is widely known as Louise the Zero because of her zero success rate at spell casting and lack of any elemental affinities. This makes her want to prove herself to her family and peers because she wants to live up to their expectations.

As for her personality, she is a loli tsundere. She can act very thoughtful, selfless, and even generous if she wants, though!

3. Madoka Kaname (Madoka Magica)

An innocent and pure soul, Madoka is convinced that her life’s purpose is to help others. Be it animals or people, she doesn’t care.

Many magical girls change after they undergo the transformation but she seems to retain her original personality traits with one exception: she becomes more confident in herself.

To demonstrate how selfless she is, her original wish was to save a dying cat.

2. Akeno Himejima (Highschool DxD)

Not so long ago Akeno ended up as one of the most popular characters with names that start with the letter A.

As the best friend of the main female character and an essential part of the protagonist’s harem, it’s only natural that she is among the most popular characters with pink eyes.

Akeno is a beautiful, elegant, and gentle lady for the most part. This only changes when she is in battle, killing her enemies with no mercy, and even enjoying the sight of them being in pain.

1. Yuno Gasai (The Future Diary)

Probably the most famous pink-haired & also pink-eyed character is no one else than our favorite yandere, Yuno Gasai!

She is, in fact, a stalker who is willing to go to great lengths to prevent her crush from dating another girl. And yes, she is a broken girl because of her horrendous past.

While she looks delicate as a flower, there are two sides to her. One of them is sweet as a strawberry and the other one is cold and calculative, not shying away from extreme violence if needed. She is incredibly skilled with all sorts of weapons and explosives and also uses her wits and deductive skills to outsmart her enemies.

Definitely wouldn’t want to piss Yuno off.
