I got the “Snacktacular Christmas” box from December 2023. The snacks were Christmas-themed, perfectly capturing the festive spirit of Japanese Christmas. Inside, I found delightful treats like candy canes, snowball marshmallows, chips, Christmas cake gummies, Calpis soda, and even some spicy ramen!
Although the box may seem small at first glance, it’s packed with enough snacks to satisfy at least two people for 2 to 3 days. I saved some of the bigger packages like KitKats, potato crackers, gummies, and chocolate to enjoy later. In fact, I paired most of the sweets I had saved with my morning coffee over the next few days.

Being a decisive person, I still find selecting the top snacks from the box a bit challenging. In comparison to Sakuraco, TokyoTreat seems suitable even for picky eaters, with no extreme flavors (at least in this box this was true).
After trying each snack, I can confidently say I didn’t dislike anything, but I did have some favorites that stood out.

KitKat Strawberry Chocolate Cake
Individually, KitKat is already awesome, but the strawberry chocolate cake KitKat takes it to another level of tastiness! Despite what the photo might suggest, this was a larger package with 10 KitKats, allowing me to share the goodness with my family.
Pure Potato Truffle & Rock Salt
Being a chips enthusiast, I was confident I’d enjoy these truffle chips even before trying them. To my surprise, they weren’t as salty as expected, offering a more earthy flavor. A simple yet delicious salty snack!
Spicy KitaKata Ramen
We have instant Slovak soups in our convenient stores but I find them quite disappointing, so I’ve never been inclined to buy any instant food.
Despite my love for Japan and its culture, I never had the chance to taste the ramen made famous by Naruto. Limited options in my city and the absence of instant ramen in our convenience stores kept me from trying it.
Finally, when I did thanks to TokyoTreat, it surpassed my expectations. The spiciness was just right, and I couldn’t resist finishing the entire bowl. I added some soft-boiled egg and chopped paprika to make it even yummier. I wish I could enjoy this ramen every day!
